Thats a possibility, or it could be Seats copy of the Panda, the Marbella.

I bought Jawa 350 with sidecar Yep the worst vehicle on the planet, got my NCH Arb at collage and needed a something to carry my stuff and find a job. Only had a m/c licence but saw a jawa on the side of the road with a sign..£100!
I couldnt get the hang of riding it, ive had the car 2ft of the ground which is ****** frightening. I lost control once and rammed the side of a mini before ending up in a hedge. Put a half hundred weight iron block in it to keep the car down....it fell through the floor Eventually took the car of and left it on the side of the road, the bike broke down in Enfield where i got an interview for a job, i left it there!

It is fabric. I read an article about them once.
