On a long ride, StuAff of this parish carries a WHOLE malt loaf. :hungry:
Thats a bit OTT, but I suppose if you slice it lengthways down the middle and butter it the only problem is holding it whilst you eat it on the move. ^_^ :hungry:

decided to do a cafe stop halfway on my 100k today.

unfortunately once i got to halfway i didnt see a cafe until i got back to high beach 7k from home

i think i need to plan better next time

Fortunately I've been doing the long rides locally for a long time now, I know most of the Café's and usually have several routes to and from the local café's in my head.

He actually slices it and wraps pieces in clingfilm.
For such a stick thin fella, Stu has a monster appetite.

I'll use an old porridge packet if I have one, I've found its easier to get a slice out whilst on the move, but I don't normally carry much more than half a loaf, I think most people who cycle have healthy appetites.
