It's in the village of Whichford in Warwickshire. It's not near the church. I searched Historic England but it doesn't seem to be listed.

Anyway, you certainly could sit in it if you wanted to. I didn't, I just pulled up for a photo and then set off again.

Looks like a repurposed well house - is that the village green?

Found it - the 2016 image is helpful. Pretty sure it is water related. Masonry looks Georgian with earlier bits reused. It could be that the whole thing is recycled masonry. Surprised its not listed.
