Guess you could also drill holes in the frame, file the thread off the valves and remove those pesky heavy ball bearings.

The Mavic disc is absolutely HUGE, and black not transparent, and I wouldn't dream of having one anywhere near my bike, but obviously lots of people want one.
I just wish I hadn't binned the one which came with my wheels...I'm sure I could have undercut $10

That Mavic disc.... presumably you could get one for each side of the wheel and make it a disc wheel?
