Its Saturday, 2.30 pm
still at work.
Washed the car (in company time)
Brought my sons bike to work (he's punctured it). Horrible cheap Y frame MTB, heavy as iron, cheap components...and yet, despite the abuse it gets, its still working well.
Pressure washed the whole thing (carefully
)
Adjusted the rear wheel bearings (again) and greased
Pedals off, get some oil into the spindles and refit.
Adjusted rear brakes. Also removed the V brakes, cleaned and oiled all the pivots. Light oil inserted into the brake / gear cables where possible.
Quick transmission clean, then lube the chain.
All in company time
The bike still looks like a clunker, but it goes 'ok'. he likes it.
Probably here till 6 maybe 7pm..all so you can all buy your chrizzy satsumas and fruit that you never buy any other time
