Oh just the usual pootle around the lanes near Salisbury on Sunday. Otherwise it's all pretty quiet this weekend. No doubt the very Mrs B will have a view on that...

I'm going to have my first ride for 3 weeks which may prove painful as my mates will try to expose my lack of fitness then I intend to spend endless hours on a telephone "helpline" to India trying to sort out my wifi connection.

Might make it out for a beer with the "lads" (well, actually that should be "dads" - average age 40-something ;)) from round the road tonight.

Quiet day tomorrow: bit of maintenance on the bike, possibly a ride out if I can persuade Mrs-LC or the Little-LCs to come and play. Or might just go on my own.

On Sunday, we plan to have lunch out after the morning swimming session and then go for a walk.

Oh yes... 2 hours peace tonight - kids off to swimming club early so won't be back till 7 (poor missus ;)) - so bought some nice M&S food, shove in oven, sit back and r e l a x.....all will be ready when she comes home....(ps getting quite good at packing a bit of shopping in the rucksack....)

Wife out to gym tomorrow, my mom and sister are taking out my son for his birthday pressie, then I'll sneek a ride in during the afternoon.

Hopefully my Deore XT (via ebay) rear mech (minty condition) will arrive and I'll shove it on the commuter (to replace an ageing LX one) !

Supposed to go to pub tomorrow afternoon with mate to watch the Rugby but he's cried off sick and my other three "going to the pub to watch Rugby with mates" are all away for the weekend.

So if anybody's up for it I shall be propping up the bar at The Maypole in Surbiton tomorrow!

That's an awful boozer CoG
You'd be better of going down the Black Lion surely?

Probably some Catan this evening. Then tomorrow try out one or both of Agricola and Brass, which both got good write-ups on boardgamegeek.com! Quite fancied playing Railroad Tycoon but board's too big for my table!
