I really must get out on the bike this weekend. By the end of next week it'll be about three weeks without a cycle commute and I'm really missing it.

My best friend's coming up and we're off to buy me a bridesmaid's dress for her wedding in December. SO excited.

We are off on hols tomorrow, flying off for a week in Borneo and then a week in Singapore.

Taking the family swimming in the morning then hopefully catching some of the EDF cup rugby in the afternoon.

It's the local club hill climb on Sunday so will have a ride over to watch.
