Think about the cycling photo challenge, dig for a new water main, sort out a design for a friend's wallpaper showroom, - avoid Notting Hill carnival, house painting (which - judging by the rain thrashing down at the moment - aint gonna happen), gardening and all the usual stuff in between....<clink of bottles>

Going out for a ride with a mate in the morning, Sat, unless it rains, in which case I might go into work for the morning.
If it's sunny might take the kids to Louden Castle theme park. But it probably won't be :0(

at the moment i am here in Toronto ,its 8.15am,i am just about to tuck into a all you can eat $12(6 pounds) breakfast this will be followed by going up the CN tower (was the tallest free standing building in the world a few years ago,then go and do some shoppimg ($2 to the pound ) back to the hotel to meet the family we've come out to see,then off to an all you can eat chinese buffet(was there wedsnesday night(felt sick afterwards
) and then tomorrow off to Niagara falls hopefully ,big family get together tomorrow night (100 people
,)sunday ,more shopping befor flying back to heathrow monday morning

wild wales challenge on sunday. wife and kids away on saturday morning, leaving me free time to fettle, purchase bike-related items etc. would it be madness to do the club run too (it's a flat one)?
