Planetx - Poor Feedback - any recent experiences?

I'm sure many on-line retailers get both good and bad reviews. Oh and bike shops - we had someone here slagging one off. It's the way it is, you can't keep everyone happy.

I agree, same with most places. I like to give online shops a couple of chances, if they keep screwing up, don't bother in the future.

I used them recently for a smallish order and they were ok. The stuff took a bit longer to arrive than expected. I find the postage charges a bit random too.
