Pins & needles while sleeping?

Neck shoulders seem fine. Side sleeping mostly left side. Pillows seam in decent condition. Some good info here more than expected. 👍

My physio recommended the "Dunlopillo" , seemingly now called the Relyon Superior Comfort Pillow.
Don't actually one, so can't comment on how good it might be, or how it's different from whatever I bought from Ikea.
