As @Mike_P says above. The image gets recreated as a .png file which you can then resize. I've never tried doing it that way before but presumably it's always been possible.

It’s now rejecting png from my iPad. I’d load the message it displays but I can’t!

Thats what I'm getting, both loading as an Attach File and as a copy and paste.
