That was hard. After nearly 5 weeks off the bike for work and weather reasons, I went out on the club run yesterday,(52miles) kept getting dropped,
nasty headwind to contend with too,
wore my new Altura Kinetic jacket, which on reflection was probably too warm for the temperature (I think I was overheating).
I seem to have lost some condition in those five weeks. Usually I cycle between 80/90 miles a week, at fairly high intensity, I've put on a couple of pounds too taking me over my 11 1/2 stone ideal weight.
Anyone else experienced similar drop off in form in such a short time?
