Anywhere that HGVs use to inflate tyres. They use up to 120 psi..

The machines in garages blow out a large volume far more quickly that a bike pump. I think there could be a danger of accidentally over-inflating a bike tyre.

I'd be very wary of using a garage air line to inflate bicycle tyres to 120 psi - it's too easy to over inflate because they deliver air at a much brisker pace than you can deliver via a track pump or hand pump.

No TMN @slowmotion we delivered within seconds of each other. 
The trouble I'm having is that due to not having a presta valve pump I'm using a regular pump with the adaptor and it's just not getting the correct pressure it's inflating the tyre but not enough the pump is reading 4 bar. The tyre is up but still a little squidgy.

I've used a garage airline/pump to inflate tyres to over 100psi, with the inbuilt gauge showng less than half that

Sorry didn't realise from OP that this was for a bicycle tyre! Wouldn't recommend a petrol station compressor, never mind the heavier duty version used for HGVs. Stick with a track pump as others have said.

AFAIK petrol station ones should be kept accurate IF they are charging for it as it then comes under weights and measures. If it is rated below the max pressure of tyre/tube combo it shouldn't make any difference how fast it fills. Flow and pressure are 2 different things. I've filled the ships bike tyres with a 8 bar pressure supply line without problems, and the compressors are a lot bigger than anything on a forecourt.
