Cycling awareness is in the driving theory test. In 2011, 40/1120 or 3.6% of questions in the test were directly about cyclists. I'm not sure what the petition is asking for*.

My thoughts exactly, what the petition is asking already more or less exist, I think the petition is asking for it to be mandatory maybe?

As it is, it'll be responded into the waste paper basket
