haha yeah but man I need to ride that bike! Its annoying me enough that I have to wait till Monday to get pedals on it and have it fitted to me!
I could buy cheap shoes and pedals but really it doesnt seem the answer really.
What would you do?

TBH I'd wait!

For a chance to get reduced shoes and pedals (the prices here are well over double back in the UK) in the autumn sales and also to ride the bike complete.

But I understand your impatience.

i jumped straight in with spd sl on my singlespeed and got the the shimano r077s but the above comment are prefectly reasonable ...at the end of day depends on what your willing to do

you can get together for jus under 90 quid in evans via price match

Well I wont be buying the expensive shoes and pedals from Norway anyway! I will get them from the UK and have them posted.
I pretty much do this with everything that its possible for! I would certainly never buy clothing or shoes in Norway...its just crap quality at double the price of good clothing in the UK. The customs people are far from clever on expensive items also and ive imported many items with a value far over the small limit without issue.
