I should add that just because you can use grease as a substitute for coppaslip, this does not mean you should use coppaslip as a substitute for grease as I've seen sugested.

You might put vaseline on a sore arse, but coppaslip would be less suitable I dare say

I expect you'd be pretty brassed off if you got them muddled.....

I'd just like to point out that I used normal grease on my pedals and the first time I rode it my feet slid right off causing me to nearly crash. It's just too slippy.
