Pedal Extenders

I have extremely wide feet. With normal pedals the inside of my feet, the bunion area, rubs on the crank. I have put extenders on both my road bike and my tourer and they work just fine.

I can't offer any advice regarding the alleviation of pain.

try using regular flat pedals and normal shoes first then you can position your feet just where you like

That does nothing at all to negate the pain I get from that area of my foot when cycling. You can imagine over 30 years and thousands yes thousands of pounds spent on the problem I have tried most things.

Just not Pro though..................

In my case nothing to do with that, it just made no difference. I still have a bike here with flats on and I get pain in the outside of the foot everytime I ride it, no matter what shoes I have on. A multitude of leg and foot pain can come from the lower back or hips being tight or misaligned, do not take my word for it do a bit of googling.
