As it’s an extremely stinky cheese that goes well with a glass of strong beer.

My French club mates laughed when I said that cheddar was my favourite cheese. It's true though I have since found French cheeses thaf I rate similarly (cantal, salers...)

I don't like the fatty, grassy cheeses at all.

My cheese list for Sunday is Flandrien Oud, Orval, Pur Brebis (a basque sheep's milk cheese) and a Tomme from the Pyrenees (I think).
Also got Brie, cheddar, St Agur, Port Salut and a couple of other bits and pieces if we start running dry...
