Based on yesterday's main climb, that seems a genuine concern! My hope is that Vingo is nowhere near his form peak.
I rather like both of them as sports-people, so it's all good ... but a close scrap at The Big Show would be nice

Also, I think Vin won't now make the same mistake of chasing a Pog-cineration attack at le Tour, going into the red and cracking, where it could have cost him minutes. That could have either lived le Tour up as Jumbo threw the sink at Pog, or ended the contest on the first summit finish.
