Buying a carbon frame bicycle and need advice!
I want to make sure I can mount a pannier rack on the Specialized 2014 model Vita Expert, and cannot find specifics for that year.

Can't attach a rack to carbon frame, you'll need a seat collar for the Upper struts. Ask the bike shop regarding lower mounts
