Pancake day

has anyone got a caveman-type recipe for pancakes?
I just want things like x heaped tbspns of flour, x ml of milk, x eggs, etc? i cant be arsed to get the weighing scales out!

A cup of eggs ,a cup of plain flour, a cup of water, mix pour into hot pan with lard in. and a splash of milk if you want.

Caveman pancakes:

Mix some flour with some water in a cup.
Heat some marge in a pan.
Add the mixture and fry both sides.
Mmmm.. tasty!

Enjoy with a glass of water.

Edit: Too late now. Pancake day over. You'll have to wait til next year.

No eggs, no. In fact you dont need marge if you fry it slowly in spit.

Just joking about the 'spit' thing. Don't know what came over me. Must be tired.

Rather a poor man's pancake than a caveman recipe that one.

Hate pancakes. Too much effort for too little return. They should be banned.

They do ready made ones , 30 seconds in the microwave ,,, taste like crap but quick n easy

We get a weekly veg box and recently there's been a surfeit of Beetroot. On Tuesday Mrs Tenkaykev cooked a batch in the pressure cooker then blitzed them with a stick blender and added them to the pancake mix ( two eggs, self raising flour, and instead of milk and Vanilla essence she used Vanilla flavoured Soya milk )
They were delicious and a lovely shade of pink!
