just received a cadence sensor to go with my 800, going to fit it this afternoon, this came with a spoke magnet, which I wasn't really expecting. I thought it would just come with the pedal sensor for measuring the revolutions. obviously the pedal magnet is to measure speed, my question is..... do I have to calibrate the spoke magnet with the 800, if so how because there is nothing in the instructions. also at the minute the 800 determines my speed by gps, will it still use gps or the spokes? do I have to override one or the other in settings?
thanks in advance

Calibration of the wheel size will be needed, but I don't have an 800 so I can't help with how to do it.
As for the second question, see here.

No need to calibrate just put it on auto Spanner - Bike Settings - Bike Profiles - If more than one bike chose relevant bike - Bike Details - Wheel Size - Automatic.Jobs done:dance:
