I get these too.

Just cycle harder - the sweat will flush 'em out.

Also, wash helmet regularly

Use a buff or scull cap (my missus made me some out of a powerdry material - US army stuff) these get washed every day, the 'skid lid' shove in the bottom of the shower once a week whilst you get cleaned up.
