Cheers guys

I checked my seat with a spirit level and it was deffo not flat seemed to be facing slightly downwards so changed it, not really sure about what hight or if I should have it further forward or back, no real guide to gauge it by
I did notice If I sat further back and had my bum kind of hanging off the back it felt more comfy

From what i understand you should be sitting on it without sliding forwards or backwards, like you do on a chair.

If it is your Coccyx that is getting sore - it may be incorrect saddle/handlebar position causing your problems....

I damaged my coccyx, not sure how I actually did it - think it was from a spin session at the gym. Anyway I was bending over clearing the grate on the fire when my darling son decided to run headfirst into my arse - f@"* me I have never felt pain like it

saddle height and set back are both covered in the link i posted before, glad you got your seat angle sorted.
basically...
heel on pedal with leg straight = about right bend on knee when pedalling normally

saddle set back is a trickier one but it sounds like you need your saddle further back, the method below is a starting point and some prefer to be further forward or back.
