"Page could not be loaded" errors when using site

When I'm using CC, any browser/device, and regardless of the action I ask to do the page will either not respond or will go through a cycle of trying to do what I asked and then display a "Page could not be loaded" message. If I refresh the page after either of those things happen I can try what I wanted to do again and it'll work.

Any ideas what might be going on there?

EDIT

Seems to be network related. Firefox works fine on one network but not another. The one it does not work on is EE, not sure what the one it did work on as it was a work network.

I would like to know as well since the same or similar happens to me.

It's intermittently still happening BTW. Android Firefox browser seems most stable, Windows Fixedox the least.

Anyone else still having these issues? Using Firefox - up to date version (cache cleared).

Still having the issues too. The site is pretty much unusable on Firefox for me and at the moment I don't know how soon it can be fixed. I'm hoping @Shaun can have a look soon.

I've had to resort to using Edge for browsing CC and it seems to work fine on that.

Yes, me too. Just seems particularly bad today and unusable on Firefox. As per the error notice I wondered if it was an adblocker issue so I've switched browser to Chrome for now which also is set up with an adblocker and all is ok - so it's not the adblocker????

Well I use FF on all machines with the same extensions, so I don't think it's one of those. That said I really only experience it at home, maybe its WiFi related (I use EE for broadband).

I've not been getting these errors on here, but on the other forum I use, Firefox does seem to 'hang' occasionally.
No problems with Chrome and not yet had to resort to Edge.

Might be network related for me. Firefox was working fine yesterday on a work network, today on my home network (EE) I'm getting issues (same computer/install).

For what it's worth the site seems to be working much better today than anytime in the past few weeks; it having been well-nigh unusable a while back

My own use is via a smartphone, whether home wi-fi or via 4g network. Other sites including fora work fine
