I gave up on overshoes last year. I never found a pair that kept my feet dry (warmer yes, but not dry) and I seemed to wear out a pair in 1 season. I splashed out and bought a pair of winter boots.
Best thing I ever did. Dry, warm feet all through last winter.
I've got some Pro Tarmac NPU+ and find them to keep all but torrential rain at bay. They get wet from the inside out as it runs into the top. But, just a question, why do you put your shoes under the radiator to dry, hot air rises, the're no good underneath. Get an old pillowcase, hang over radiator and get your shoes turned upside down on top. They'll be dry in a few hours no problem.
