Not to worry, the baking in the oven will kill them.If it's moving you have weevils!

The other is unopened muscovado sugar, 10.2018?
They're also quite big compared to flour grains,And weevils look like dark spots amongst the lighter flour.
I'm adding nuts, so no one will noticeIf anyone notices "crunchie bits" , just say it's your secret ingredient.
Not using it would be the lesser of two weevils
Thought it was a cake or biscuits. Two weevils do not make a saint
I remember discovering flour weevils, for the first time, in a bag of plain flour, last year. Bin it!!Dated BBE October 2013. I've stupidly volunteered for the office bake off comp and have to do biscuits...now I'm no baker (or cook really) and have found flour I bought for the last time I stupidly volunteered! Never got opened for whatever reason, safe to use? Thoughts? (There was a similar thread recently-ish but couldn't find it)
I'm a contractor so killing off colleague and management probably wouldn't bode well for my continuing employment
6 years too late for thatWeevils feed on the glue in the packaging and not on the flour.
That's why I transfer flour into a large storage jar .
It's probably still fine, but if you're baking for other people, then best not to.
You can use the old stuff to make paste glue for papier mache.
