Sounds like easy use is OK but don't push too hard. In any muscle/tendon injury there's usually a happy medium between carrying on with the one arm pressups and lying around immobile watching Jeremy Kyle. Lying immobile causes its own problems ( iknow at first hand having had serious injuries last year) and is only required for a serious injury where you have no choice. I'd say carry on biking but go steady, use a lower gear/short distance and if it hurts then stop. Couple it with gentle stretching. Give it a week, see the medic if no better.
