Well worth watching the interview she did with Laura Kenny just before the current World Champs. Very moving stuff.

Went to the London 3 day at the Lee Valley Velodrome tonight. KA was supposed to be racing but wasn't.
Checked her Instagram and found she had a "small stumble" while leaving the track yesterday and dislocated her shoulder.
Still, got to see Elia Viviani, Cat Ferguson and others. A good night out
