Longers.

Are those Adidas Minrett shoes?

What did you use to white them?

I'm a bugger for Adidas shoes, ever since I got a confident "NO!" off my Mum when I saw Gazelle running shoes.

e-Bay, 'buy it now', £42.95.... I can feel a PayPal moment.

Chicken Cycles have got them £55.

Go for it Jimbo, you know it makes sense.

Yep, that's the ones.

It's SOLAS tape, the marine grade reflective tape. It's been on about a month and isn't peeling off much at all, even after being worn under overshoes. I put them through the washing machine, let them dry and then spent an hour with a pair of scissors and tweezers. The tweezers are good for keeping greasy fingers off the back of the tape.

I know I asked this question before but just in case anything new is on the market or opinions have changed I am looking for a touring (easy[er] to walk in) SPD shoe to go with my pedals. In fact I am looking for a pair of shoes :bravo:

PS Anyone know any good bone setting specialist in South Wales

There's lots of shoes out there that take SPD's.

I generally use Spesh Taho's, I've had mine for around 2.5 years and they've been great.

Subsequently I've bought a cheap pair from LIDL (£14.99 I think) for the commute and they do the job. And for a recent road trip I bought Spesh BG MTB Sport shoes; they're a bit stiffer soled.

Well thanks very much guys. Firstly on reaffirming that I have made a good choice of pedal and secondly on all the suggestions for shoes. Will have to see how kind Santa is before a final decision is reached I think. ALDI is out straight away as they never cater for my size 12's  but I still have a lot of food for thought

I am WORRIED HLaB! I have the same three lots of shoes..... I use the MTB sport ones over the summer, and for triathlons.

Sure you don't also have the Shimano sandals? I do....
