Unfortunately the discrimination regs only cover things that one has no choice about (age, gender, colour etc.). But instead of getting cross, it is better to get even huh?
Why not try getting him fired? Writing to the MD of Sheengate, and writing to the publisher's clients and tell them to write to the Sales Manager might work.

If you believe you believe. Some might argue that they don't "choose" to believe. It's not as though they scrutinise the evidence and make an informed choice.
