I have always been very happy with the online service from the Edinburgh Bike Co-0P, used Wiggle a fair few times, no issues. Not heard good things about Rutland, but I have never used them myself.

Have used Chain Reaction and Wiggle - both fine. But also a good word for Edinburgh Bike Co-op. Range a bit limited but they choose their stuff well and I like their no nonsense views on things. They pick up the phone quickly too and are very straightforward to deal with in my experience. Occasional sales. Recently got a bike from them which came pretty much all assembled in a full size box. Worth getting on their post and email lists I think.
