Almost reckless as the car driver that photographed him doing it from behind the wheel.

It says in the text, it was a passenger. Seeing it's the back of a tram, I'd be pretty worried if the driver had left his seat for that long.

I assume drago is talking about the other picture of (reportedly) the same cyclist on another occasion.

Does look like it's taken from the driver's seat but cannot tell whether the car was parked up or not.
