It's times like that that I know I've got to get on the bike - I always feel better after. Though I haven't got shift work and a 4 y.o. to contend with, I'll admit.I have been suffering from general tiredness , aches and pains etc etc The wrong side of 40 , shift work and a hyperactive 4 year old along with trying to keep fit all take there toll.
Oh, and the right side of 40! I'm 47, and this bike lark has made me fitter than I ever was in my 20s or 30s. And I'm at an age where I'm not taking being fit for granted, as I did when I was younger.
Anyway, I hope you've enjoyed the holiday, and feel refreshed now.
