Late this evening I was at the LBS where Ms ozboz got her new BH bike , In the racks was a Full carbon BH Road Bike , I passed a comment about it , how nice it looked ,
The owner said it was time for him to part company with it now as it , like Ms ozboz bike was an older 2015 model , as it is almost '17 it needs to go , so in '15 , £3000 , reduced price to me ,
£1800 !!
Drool slobber drool !!
Oh deah !
What a bargain !!
What a dilema !!

No , BH are a Spanish made bike , got a lot of pedigree , they are not well known in UK that is why LBS is selling them off , but in a thread I posted about Ms ozboz purchase , a reply came in from a CC er that had just returned from Italy , he had seen more BH's in Italy than the Italian makes

Pulling your leg my man,never saw one in the flesh but by the looks of them, top bikes.
I say go with it and treat yourself,as when will a bike like that become available again ?

@ozboz that was me, I was staying Sorrento and the BH's seemed to be all over the place. Thought of hiring a bike while I was out there and the bike shop had a BH road bike up for rental, only problem was every time I went to shop they were shut This is the one they had in stock, it's a G5 apparently, looks good!

Im not sure what model it is in the shop , I call him tomorrow ,
I will have to sleep on it ,
£1800 is twice as much nearly as the Merida I had in mind , but......

How do you know he works hard?

Interesting though, a short while ago I post a thread about leasing bikes, Evans had asked about it on their usual email. Looks this this guy and maybe ozboz could benefit. You pay so much each month and every two years you get a new bike. Most were down on the idea.

Because hes in the building trade as far as i am aware . You dont get an easy days work .

Had some building work done recently. Builder turned up sometime around 10:00.
Mug of tea and biscuits.
Unload van.
Sit in van with phone.
Disappear to builders merchants.
Back in time to go for sandwich for his dinner
Stand looking at the job, scratch his head, rearrange tools, materials etc.
Mug of tea while packing up for the day.

One hard day!

PS: we did eventually get the job done and were pleased with the result.
