Yep, I would
At 23.
Positives...
23, young family, the future ahead, full of vigour and vim, enjoying our first holidays, as simple and cheap as they were.
Cons...
No money, constantly doing overtime to make ends meet, despite a fairly simplistic lifestyle

Now at 65.
Positives...
No money worries whatsoever, no mortgage or rent. We have time on our hands, perhaps too much but can't shift that 'careful with money' mentality, so we perhaps don't enjoy what we have as much as we should. But I do believe many have slumped into a new , slightly cautious was of behaving since coving. Still generally healthy though, no major underlying issues apart from....
Cons...
Riddled with Arthritis so constantly ache. That curtails you doing just about everything physical...or too much of it anyway.
Been there, done most things I want to, need to. You become slightly jaded with even the things that used to excite you. It's just harder to get excited about stuff.

So yes, I'd swap....

My body would like to be 23. I like the rest of me being 65.
