Well that hurt !
Lost so much power on the hills and hands still tingley but better than they were .

I have rheumatoid arthritis at 32 years old and it's just getting worse. I feel your pain. I had to wear the hand supports to, especially at night.

If you can get someone to massage your hands that really helped me

Saw the physio yesterday reckons its a trapped nerve in the very tight hunched back !
After some cracking of bones and poking Fnaarr !! along with some stretches i have to do 2-3 times a day it certainly has eased the tingling , i am able to ride 10 miles to work without feeling like my hands are about to drop off after a couple of miles with some tingling that eases if i remember to drop my shoulders as i seen to ride with them raised.
Not perfect yet but at least i am out of the hand splints except at night and my neck is aching .

Hunching surely means raising but that is passive thinking. Get a reputable bike fit would probably be better than trial 'n error at this stage CK.
