Scotland's walkways are different gravy
Strolling alone, or pushing a buggie
You blight our land
When you howk up your Chuggie
The Pep from our step is totally robbed
When you step in a globule which someone has gobbed
Be it chuddy or bubbly or chungy or chew
Bits of gum on your shoe can turn you blue
It could be your dug, it could be your Granny
Which has stepped in something howked up by a fanny
It's mank and it's rank, the work of a tyke
Although it is quite funny when it jams someone's bike
That folk look good in lycra when they are jogging
But snaring a gum trail is totally bogging
It's howkin' forth the gum you are chewing
This isn't a braw thing you should be doing

A sticky souvenir on your foot drives you crazy
I'm gonna make it, I'm a survivor
I wont step in something soaked in saliva

Scotland is actually Scoutland. It was constructed by Baden Powell as an ideal place to camp hence all the mountains, lakes etc.
He also made it cold and wet so as to be the geographic equivalent of a cold shower to suppress those urges.
