My way was to get MyfitnessPal App, log everything down and stick to it, it does work.
I started using it at the end of may and to date ive lost just over 4 stone and thats including the last 3 weekends ive strayed off the plan and eaten rubbish.
And dont forget to excercise.

You can jazz the veg up, if it's to your taste, with balsamic vinegar.
I like to jazz mine up with a large sprinkling of meat.

Good balanced diet for good internals.

For toning up, light to medium weights.

Cycling great for legs and lungs but does bugger all for the upper body.
