Presumably you changed your saddle position for a reason. Changing it back may solve the numb hands problem, but it will mean a return of the problem that led to you moving it in the first place!

When making adjustments, you need to get your saddle position correct relative to the pedals, then your handlebar position correct relative to the saddle. If your reach/drop to bars is comfortable, and you raise the saddle, you need to raise the bars by the same amount to avoid potential problems like the one you've encountered.

Well riding my bike there is a big difference I no longer have issued with numb fingers or hands the seating position is much better!

Put the saddle back if the previous position didn't cause problems. "increase core strength" blah blah blah being prescribed for every other problem on this forum is moving from laughable to tragic.
Increasing core strength worked for me :smile:. Developing large calluses on the heel of each hand, just where they rest on the handlebar drops, also helped.
