If you're buying it from the Edinburgh Co-Op at the top of Shields Road, my personal experience is that the staff in there aren't great. The ones I have spoken to know their bikes, but the service is abysmal. Particularly when ordering online for in-store collection.

They were ok when i bought my Allez, i didnt order online i rang up for them to get the bike in store as it was in the warehouse and its arriving the 2nd of jan so all good.
