No but you can ask him lots of questions about how long he has it, where he got it from (Norco only sold by Evans in UK as far as I know), whether he's done any changes or work, if it's Bikeregister or other marked etc...if it's nicked he'll get stroppy...if a genuine seller, he'll be happy to answer your questions as best he can
