If you want a free option GIMP fulfils many of Photoshop's functions.

I really like the first photo. I'm planning a ride tonight so I might take my camera and experiment.

Would Gimp allow me to re-size photos (according to number of pixels). I am struggling to re-size some digital photos that I took so that I can send them to the person who organises the Camera Club I belong to. Could it be that my camera takes the photos at a different ratio, that cannot be changed to 1024 by 768 pixels, which is how he would like to receive them.

I do not intend at this stage to alter the photos too much, except perhaps correcting the horizontal or cropping, both of which I have worked how to do. I think it might be time to concentrate on one programme and get to grips with it. Thank you in advance for any help you may be able to give.
