Any 9 speed chain will do: I recommend SRAM.
The new chainring needs to have the correct BCD and 9/10sp (not 11sp). Here's Sheldon Brown's BCD cribsheet.
You may be able to replace and secure the replacement chainring without removing the crank, but it depends whether the (triple) inner chainring obstructs the chainring bolts/nuts or not.
Given it's only the chainring damaged, the BB is not an issue.
