I'd have tagged along on this but the cold hard facts are;

1: I'm very low on saddle time this year.

2: I'm even lower on fitness right now.

Defo not 60 mile fit that's for sure, enjoy and ride safe

I'll bring my 'cafe lock' which would do 2 but isn't one to rely on, should be fine if the bikes are in sight.

I know I shouldn't but I have just looked at the latest forecast, it's looking a bit iffy for the sunny, dry ride we were promised

Just seen the weather and we might get moist just as I like it......cycling of course !

I tell you what, if you've gotten the same chest infection as me and my lad (there's a good chance as we both work in the NHS in similar geographical area) then I know what your going through. It's a bad one this one, it cons you into thinking your on the mend then wham it bitch slaps you down again.
