I've got a pair of Planet X wheels that I'm very happy with. I just use them for time trialling but they seem string and stiff.
I'm also a little on the heavy side (about 13 1/2 stone) but I've had no problems. If you are worried they'll build them with extra spokes for a small extra charge. Drop them an email and see what they say, they're very responsive.
And if you grew up cycling in the 80s (as i did) then you can be very impressed by the fact Ian Cammish answers a lot of the emails.
