That's 4 or 5 tyres, not 4 or 5 sets, so about twice that, but yes 500 miles or so a tyre. Tread not worn out, but cut up so badly that I threw them away. I know about Pro 3 tyres reputation, but they did me proud last year. Such a small sample needs to be treated with caution. I may have had extremely good luck last year and extremely bad this year. If I had been sensible I should have gone for the endurance ones last winter. I'm hoping now that the weather has improved that I'll return to a more normal wear rate.
