New saddle 60 mile ride .

I did my first Imperial century on a Brooks saddle I had never sat on before. It wasn't a problem.

You either have a Brooksian Arse, or you don't. I'm large, but ride a Brooks saddle on the bicycle, or a Chinese knock-off, and have never had a problem, except for people asking me how I ride that arse hatchet, big as I am.

Did my first 300k last year on a brand new ISM Adamo saddle I'd only ridden for about ten minutes on...
I now have a recumbent.

Hope the J&G goes well @Banjo , I really like that audax, although I abandoned it last year after seeing everyone sliding off and breaking bones.

You would have enjoyed it today no ice and even warm. Pleased to say the combination of the Brooks Pro race and my arse seems to work quite well.
I did the J and G 2 years ago ,had to walk some of it due to ice . Preferred the old control in Leyhill prison to the new arrangement using a café in tortsworth.good café but very busy.
Great ride though plenty of parking well organized and all very friendly.

Its a rare medical condition that necessitates the purchase of several trikes for health reasons. I think there is a test for it...
