Got bike set up at local halfords after the one i got it from messed it up, and away i went!

averaged 16mph on my regular 12 mile run, that knocked 10 minutes off the ride

feels really good, very very smooth and quiet on a a smooth surface, bit rumbly on any bobbly ground though

At £375 on C2W scheme I'm very happy. Probably pay around 300 for it eventually

Looks nice, congrats. Once you've got used to it, think about some clipless pedals, they will make your riding more efficient.
