Near the pet shop?

I've seen a couple of photos on twitter of the front and I wondered if it was in the road behind that leads to St Werburghs?

Well I finally looked up the website and yes the road behind the other shops, in between the little cycle path and the bend going towards Glenfrome Road. There might have been a car show room there, or that could still be there?

Strange place to open a bike shop.

I wonder who is behind it. I used to manage the bike shop on Park Street which later became a Spez Concept Store. And then it went bust. I knew a couple of the peeps that worked there.

It's not that far off the Concorde Way route and also near M32, so perhaps it's trying to encourage cyclists to make a detour (not near enough though that I would stop to browse but I would detour there if I had a problem) and easy to get to if coming by car. And even if they don't have parking it's close enough to the Eastgate centre which does?

Park Street had a lot of passing trade though! But it would be harder to bring a bike in by car to drop off I agree.

Sounds like it's on some sort of retail park, like the IKEA and Decathlon up at Giltbrook, near Nottingham. Sounds like they're going for the MAMIL types with fat credit cards...
